On Friday, April 18, five former Lake Central High School standouts, including Conor Pangburn, Doug Loden, Ethan Knopf, Nick Robinson and Owen Bendis’ current college team, the Purdue Northwest Pride, won 6-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Roosevelt Lakers.
The game took place at Ozinga Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Lakers this season.
The Pride’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 12 p.m. at Ozinga Field against Roosevelt Lakers.
