The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Peter J. Visclosky, Visclosky for Congress Committee, refunded $2,200 to Richard Carroll on March 31, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Visclosky for Congress Committee refunded $90,325 total since October 1, 2019.
