PUBLIC NOTICE: CDBG, ESG, and CHDO Grant Applications Now Available
The City of Hammond, Department of Community Development is in the process of preparing its 2023-2024 budget for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Community Housing and Development Organization (CHDO).
Applications will be available beginning October 3, 2022. Application must be completed and return to the Department of Community Development, 5925 Calumet Ave, Suite #314, Hammond, IN 46320 by Monday, October 31, 2022. Any application received after Monday, October 31, 2022, will not be considered for funding.
