Friday, Feb. 7: North Newton Junior-Senior High School standout Grace Hollopeter’s college team wins to Coastal Carolina Chanticleers

On Friday, Feb. 7, former North Newton Junior-Senior High School standout Grace Hollopeter’s current college team, the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons, won 7-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.

The game took place at St. John Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Chanticleers this season.

The Mastodons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 11:05 a.m. at St. John Stadium against Creighton Bluejays.
