On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Lake Central High School standout Amanda Aardema’s current college team, the North Florida Ospreys, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Western Carolina Catamounts.

The game took place at UNF Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Catamounts this season.

The Ospreys’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 12 at 5 p.m. at Sunnyland Park against Bethune–Cookman Lady Wildcats.
