Friday, March 28: Hanover Central High School standout Bret Matthys’ college team wins to Wayne State Warriors

On Friday, March 28, former Hanover Central High School standout Bret Matthys’ current college team, the Purdue Northwest Pride, won 9-8 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Wayne State Warriors.

The game took place at Dowling Park. This was their first matchup against the Warriors this season.

The Pride’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 12 p.m. at Dowling Park against Wayne State Warriors.
