Tuesday, April 1: Lake Central High School standout Carter Doorn’s college team loses to Northern Illinois Huskies

On Tuesday, April 1, former Lake Central High School standout Carter Doorn’s current college team, the Purdue Boilermakers, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Northern Illinois Huskies.

The game took place at Alexander Field. This was their first matchup against the Huskies this season.

The Boilermakers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 7:05 p.m. at Husky Ballpark against Washington Huskies.
