On Friday, Feb. 7, former Hanover Central High School standout Gabi Comia’s current college team, the Florida Gators, won 10-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Illinois State Redbirds.

The game took place at USF Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Redbirds this season.

The Gators’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 9 at 2:30 p.m. at USF Softball Stadium against South Florida Bulls.
