Grace Hollopeter, former North Newton Junior-Senior High School standout, played on Friday, Feb. 7 in NCAA Division I softball game

On Friday, Feb. 7, former North Newton Junior-Senior High School standout Grace Hollopeter’s current college team, the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons, won 7-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.

The game took place at St. John Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Chanticleers this season.

The Mastodons’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 5:20 p.m. at St. John Stadium against Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.
