The request comprises several specific inquiries:
1. A list or document showing all current students who are Chinese Nationals, including their respective departments of study. If student names are protected, the request asks for a total count of such students broken down by department.
2. Documentation detailing scholarships awarded to current Chinese National students, specifying the amount and source of each scholarship.
3. Information on any scholarships granted by entities affiliated with the Chinese Scholarship Council, if not already covered in the previous request.
4. Policies or procedures that outline how the university monitors its students, including those who are Chinese Nationals, to safeguard intellectual property and other confidential information.
