Former Crown Point High School player and current Northwood Timberwolves catcher, Gianna Fantin, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number seven seed against the second seeded Trevecca Nazarene Trojans.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
