On Saturday, April 12, former Kouts Middle/High School standout Owen Winters’ current college team, the Purdue Northwest Pride, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the St. Francis Fighting Saints.

The game took place at Slammers Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Fighting Saints this season.

The Pride’s next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 3 p.m. at Dowling Park against Lewis Flyers.
