Rep. Frank J. Mrvan, U.S. Congressman representing Indiana’s 1st district since 2021, recently addressed several topics in a series of posts on his official social media account.

On September 10, 2025, Mrvan commented on the subject of political violence, stating: "Political violence has absolutely no place in our discourse.  Let us go forward with peace as a nation. My thoughts and prayers are with Charlie Kirk and his family."

The following day, marking the anniversary of the September 11 attacks, Mrvan wrote: "On the anniversary of September 11, 2001, we remember the thousands of innocent lives lost and honor the brave first responders who risked their lives to save others. As we go forward, let us recommit to eliminating our differences to bring our region, our state, and our country https://t.co/2AGh80VvTq" (September 11, 2025).

I wish all the students the best and great success in your studies this year! https://t.co/G8rR7chHXV"
