Saturday, April 19: Morgan Township Middle/High School standout Jack Wheeler’s college team loses to Murray State Racers

On Saturday, April 19, former Morgan Township Middle/High School standout Jack Wheeler’s current college team, the Valparaiso Beacons, lost 5-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Murray State Racers.

The game took place at Emory G. Bauer Field. This was their third matchup against the Racers this season.

The Beacons’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 22 at 3 p.m. at Emory G. Bauer Field against Northern Illinois Huskies.
