On Saturday, April 19, former Kouts Middle/High School standout Owen Winters’ current college team, the Purdue Northwest Pride, lost 7-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Roosevelt Lakers.

The game took place at Ozinga Field. This was their fifth matchup against the Lakers this season.

The Pride’s next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 22 at 1 p.m. at Dowling Park against Indianapolis Greyhounds.
