Frank J. Mrvan succeeded Pete Visclosky as a representative after serving on North Township Board of Trustees from 2005 until taking office in Congress. Born in Hammond in 1969 and currently residing in Highland at age 54, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University earned in 1992.
