Census Bureau: More women than men in Lowell in 2019

Of the 9,659 people living in Lowell in 2019, 51 percent (4,923) were women and 49 percent (4,736) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the The Region News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 2,805-to-2,666. In the 65 and over age range, there were 853 females and 664 males.
