Men's Volleyball's 3-0 win over Lynx moves win streak to 8

Calumet College of St. Joseph Athletics recently issued the following announcement.

Tuesday, the Calumet College Men's Volleyball team hosted Lincoln College for their first CCAC matchup of the week. The Crimson Wave are coming off of an 8 game win streak with 5 of those wins being CCAC wins.

The Crimson Wave defeated the Lynx 3-0 with dominating wins in 2 of the 3 sets. In the first set, the Crimson Wave defeated Lincoln College 25-12 with a total of 16 kills and only 2 errors. The 2nd set was a bit closer for CCSJ, only winning the set 25-21, after more kills by the Lynx and Crimson Wave errors, Lincoln College had a chance to make their move but the Wave finished the set with the win. In the third and final set for the night, the Crimson Wave again started off the set strong and outscored the Lynx 25-13 to secure a 3-0 CCAC win.

Francis Hauze led the Crimson Wave with a total of 14 kills, 9 digs, and 3 blocks. Following close behind was Gianluca Righetto with 9 kills, a service aces, 7 digs, and 1 block. Jacob Moen had 40 assists with 1 kill and 6 digs.
