Rocha leads Wave as team finishes 8th at CCAC Championships
Despite the tough weather conditions the Crimson Wave finished the CCAC Championships in 8th place ahead of IU-Northwest and Roosevelt.
Isabel Rocha, Senior, led the Crimson Wave in scoring with a time of 22:08.2 and placed 37th overall. Close behind was Zoie Ison, Senior, with a time of 24:14.3 in 55th, Ciera Lee, Senior, at 25:57.4 in 64th, and Maya Butler, Sophomore, at 25:57.8 in 65th. Kira Pride and Kylee Bunnell finished the race in 70th and 71st with times of 29:01.8 and 29:09.3.
