Women's Cross Country competes NCAA Division II Regional Championships

The Women's cross-country team partook in the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional Championship this Saturday in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Christina Shaginaw (Hobart, Ind./Hobart HS) had a strong performance placing 36 out of 214 runners.

Senior Christina Shaginaw (Hobart, Ind./Hobart HS) finished in 36th place with a time of 22:38.94

Freshman Caitlyn Derwinski placed 114th with a time of 24:01.02

Senior Holly Shaginaw (Hobart, Ind./Hobart HS) took 118th place with a time of 24:03.42

Freshman Abby Artherhults finished in 160th place with a time of 25:01.70

Senior Megan Teitge (Kouts, Ind./Morgan Township HS) finished right behind in 163rd place with a time of 25:19.41

Freshman Carina Alanis took 174th place with a time of 25:51.23

Freshman Annika Peterson placed 212th with a time of 28:46.02
