On Friday, March 7, five former Lake Central High School standouts, including Conor Pangburn, Doug Loden, Ethan Knopf, Nick Robinson and Owen Bendis’ current college team, the Purdue Northwest Pride, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Thomas More Saints.

The game took place at Thomas More Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Saints this season.

The Pride’s next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 1 p.m. at Dowling Park against Roosevelt Lakers.
