On Saturday, January 20, former Blue Valley Southwest High School standout, Cooper Schwieger’s current college team, the Valparaiso Beacons, won 84-77 in their NCAA D1 game against the UIC Flames.

The game took place in Valparaiso, Indiana. This was the second matchup against the UIC Flames this season.

The Valparaiso Beacons’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, January 24 at 7 p.m. in Carbondale, Illinois.
