City of Hobart recently issued the following announcement.

May 9-13th
If your pick-up is outside the following parameters, it will be tagged and require an additional charge:
Pile can be no larger than 4’ wide x 10’ long x 5’ height max.
No heavy construction per ordinance.
Do not place items out in advance.
No paint will be picked up curbside.
Tires - only tires without rims are accepted
Place items out on your garbage day with the date that coordinates above. Pick-up is free and there is no need to call.
Example: If your garbage day is Tuesday, your collection will be May 10th.
City Yard will be open on these dates from 7am - 5:30pm for all residents, at no charge, photo ID required.
Saturday Yard, regular hours 8:00 -11:45am.
